room addition

It's over a year and he has not finish. We call him every day and does not answer phone. He got paid and did a terrible job. Laminated floor is uneven falling apart. He did floor 3 times and it is still a mess. Please do not hire Clemons he hires men from the street corner and does not pay them with no experience. It's been a nightmare.
